The design of the active foil bearing is unique; no other companies are offering similar solutions. The developed design is the result of many years of development of foil bearings and a research project that resulted in the development of an active foil bearing. Experimental and numerical research was conducted at the Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IMP PAN) in Gdańsk. The proposed technical solutions are unique in the world.

Within the framework of our offer to industry-related companies and research centres, we offer numerical analysis taking into account the rotor geometry developed by the customer. This makes it possible to develop the optimum bearing design that best meets the design assumptions. Test rigs are available in the laboratory of IMP PAN where it is possible to check the functioning of active foil bearings under various operating conditions.
